Client money protection.
Woodhouse Estates Limited is a member of the safeagent Client Money Protection Scheme, accreditation A2914. Our current CMP certificate covers 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027 and is displayed below. A copy is available free of charge on request. Client money protection is separate from tenancy deposit protection.
Independent redress.
Woodhouse Estates Limited is registered with The Property Ombudsman, membership D03449, for residential sales, residential lettings, commercial sales and commercial lettings. The Ombudsman can review eligible unresolved complaints after Woodhouse's internal procedure.
Renting fairly.
For assured tenancies in England, written adverts must state a specific asking rent. Woodhouse must not invite, encourage or accept rent above that advertised amount. Having children or receiving benefits must not be used as a blanket reason to exclude an applicant; any suitability or affordability assessment must follow the law.
