Our commitment.
We aim to make the website clear, keyboard-friendly, responsive on different screen sizes and compatible with common assistive technology. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level as the website moves from review to main launch.
What you should be able to do.
- Navigate core pages and controls using a keyboard.
- Zoom or enlarge text without losing essential content.
- Use clear headings, labels and meaningful link text.
- Submit enquiries without relying on an email application.
- Pause or avoid non-essential movement where your device requests reduced motion.
Known limitations.
Some older property documents, floorplans, certificates and content supplied by third parties may not meet the same standard. Interactive maps and external websites are controlled by their providers. We will improve or offer an alternative where reasonably possible.
Ask for another format or report a problem.
If you need property particulars, a policy or another part of the website in a different format, or if something is difficult to use, contact us. Please tell us the page or document and the format or adjustment that would help.
